📚 Returns & Exchanges
At Epicideas, we truly want you to love every book you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Please read the details below to understand how returns and exchanges work.
🔁 Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong book? No problem!
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The book must be unused, unread, and in its original condition.
There should be no marks, folded pages, stains, or damage.
Please ensure the book is returned with its original packaging and invoice.
The book must reach us within 10 days from delivery.
Shipping Details:
A small Rs. 100 reverse pickup fee per order will apply (if reverse pickup is available in your area).
If reverse pickup isn’t available, you may self-ship the book to us.
Please note:
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
Once a book has been exchanged, it cannot be returned again.
💰 Returns (Within 7 Days)
If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Books must be unused, unread, and in perfect condition.
Returns with visible signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If reverse pickup is arranged, a Rs. 150 fee per order will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned book.
The amount will be credited via bank transfer or original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Books
Received a damaged or wrong book? We’re really sorry about that!
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear pictures along with your order details.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Please note:
Manufacturing defects reported after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The followg items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clearance or sale books marked as non-returnable
Used or visibly read books
Gift cards or digital/eBooks
Books damaged due to misuse
📝 A Few Important Things to Remember
Please make sure the correct product is handed over during pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the book. We’ll reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 100 with a valid receipt.
All returns are subject to quality inspection once received.
